Program : Le Belvédère is a speculative architectural proposal for a swimmers' shelter and café on the Canal de la Villette in Paris. Conceived in response to the City of Paris' initiative to reopen its urban waterways for public swimming, the project brings together changing facilities, lockers, sanitary spaces, and a café with an elevated terrace, creating a new public destination at the water's edge.
